This 1000-gallon per hour fuel pre-heater uses hot oil from a hot oil heater, not shown, to provide fuel temperature between 120 to 200 degrees F.

Two heater controls are quoted to control the amount of hot oil to the heater. The first unit has a modulating valve that keeps the fuel in a range from 2 to 4 degrees F output temperature. The second unit has an on/off valve that allows the discharge fuel temperature to range between 20 and 30 degrees.
