EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD
At Tarmac, we design our rotary drying systems to be easy and straightforward to install. Our customer assembled the drying system pictured below on their concrete pad in less than a week. Tarmac provided installation drawings and field hardware. Installation teams are available at an additional fee.
COMPLETE DRYING SYSTEM
The system shown here includes a thermal rotary dryer, primary dust collector, venturi wet scrubber, and also system controls. Our engineers consider many factors to determine what is the best equipment for a particular system. Two things stood out while designing this one. First, the lightweight feed stock made a parallel flow dryer a must. Second, the wet scrubber was added to help control the smell of this unusual material.
STARTUP AND COMMISSIONING
Soon, Tarmac will follow up to begin the startup process. First, an electrical specialist helps with the wiring. Next, a burner specialist arrives who starts and tunes the burner. A great drying season is almost here, and we are looking forward to it.
