Tarmac International designs and builds Sand, Aggregate and Bulk Material Drying Systems based on our rotary convection dryers. Dryer flights can be adjusted to maximize efficiency to accommodate your specific project. Consulting services, individual components, drying plants, used equipment, and turn-key installations are available.
Tarmac takes great pride in customizing our plants to meet your needs, but a typical layout would include: feed bin, weigh conveyor, thermal rotary dryer with burner, discharge conveyor, cyclone, baghouse with ID fan, connecting ductwork, controls and a control house. These can all be portable or stationary.
Tarmac’s thermal rotary dryers are designed to be very robust compared to other drying methods like fluidized bed dryers, vertical fluidized dryers, vertical tray dryers, spray dryers or flash dryers. Six dryer diameters give Tarmac a wide range of drying ability from 10 to 400 tons per hour.

LOWER MOISTURE LEVELS WILL INCREASE PRODUCTION, HIGHER MOISTURES WILL REDUCE PRODUCTION.
